Your Impact
Reporting to the Head of Corporate IT, this role provides 1st and some 2nd line IT support to MHR colleagues, ensuring high-quality, timely, and efficient service delivery in a customer-centric manner.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide first-line desk-side, telephone, and remote IT support to internal users.
2. Support and administer Microsoft and Apple software and hardware.
3. Manage ServiceDesk requests and escalate issues as needed.
4. Maintain IT support and asset management systems.
5. Provide Office 365 administration, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, databases, and Intune.
6. Support Microsoft Active Directory and EntraID solutions.
7. Coordinate with third-party support companies to resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience in IT support or similar roles.
* Strong knowledge of Windows and awareness of Linux OS.
* Experience with network troubleshooting and configuration.
* Familiarity with ITIL framework, ISO 27001, and Cyber Essentials standards.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with ability to work independently and in teams.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus.
