Join to apply for the Residential Support Worker Children's Homes role at Keys Group. Location: Buxton, Derby. Salary: From £13.20 per hour (£26,769 per annum) plus £3,000 - £6,000 pa for sleep-ins (£62.64 per sleep-in). Shift patterns: Full-time long days plus approximately 4-6 sleep-ins per month. Full UK Driving Licence required. Therapy, care and education working together. Keys Group are opening a specialist children’s home with an onsite education facility and a curriculum tailored around adventure and outdoor pursuits alongside traditional subjects, so we are looking for support workers with an interest or experience of working with children or a passion for outdoor activities.
Staff will be fully supported by an enhanced, specialist clinical team and will receive bespoke training to meet the needs of the children living within the home.

What you need
* Experience and qualifications in care or transferable skills such as police, sport, armed forces, education, security or working with vulnerable people
* We want people who are naturally caring, flexible and emotionally resilient
* Great communication skills, positive and energetic
* Ability to remain calm during sometimes challenging situations
* Full UK Driving licence is essential
* You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the children. This will include working shifts and sleep-ins
