We are currently recruiting for a Cluster Maintenance Manager across our stunning Jersey properties, Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa and L'Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa. As the Cluster Maintenance Manager, you will lead by example and ensure that the Maintenance Team across both Hotels are motivated and inspired to consistently deliver exceptional service, putting the guest at the heart of all activities.
Being responsible and taking ownership of the safety and security of the hotels and all of it's guests will be a key part of this role, including maintaining accurate health and safety records. The role will involve recruiting, training and coaching a highly motivated team who can maintain the hotel to a consistent level.To be considered for this role of Cluster Maintenance Manager you will have current hotel Maintenance management experience within a 4/5 star luxury hotel
