We’re looking for a Head of Applications & Data based from our office in Glasgow.
As Head of Applications & Data, you will be responsible for providing the application and data platforms Aggreko needs to accelerate growth, improve profitability, and enhance staff effectiveness.

What you’ll do:
* Setting the applications & data strategy, considering application lifecycle and vendor product roadmaps,
* Leading and developing a high-performance team, attracting, motivating, and retaining talent, and building new skills to support business growth.
* Evolving the team's operating model to improve efficiency and effectiveness, leveraging our global footprint and the supply chain.
* Ensuring our BI capability evolves with new technologies, meets performance management needs, implements effective data governance, and drives improved data quality.
* Driving improvements in system usability and automation in core processes to meet the demands of rapid business scale-up.
* Ensuring appropriate IT controls are in place across the application and data landscape for SOX compliance.

* Commercial acumen to build strong partnerships with the supply chain and extract excellent value from platform vendors.
