Are you a passionate and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for your next rewarding opportunity? Tradewind Recruitment are working with a welcoming primary school in Rotherham who are seeking a dedicated HLTA to deliver targeted Year 6 intervention support, with a particular focus on Maths.
In this role, you'll work closely with the Year 6 teaching team to deliver small-group sessions aimed at boosting confidence, improving attainment, and helping pupils reach their full potential ahead of SATs. The school has a strong, supportive ethos and values staff who are nurturing, adaptable, and proactive in helping children succeed.
The ideal candidate will:
Hold HLTA status or an equivalent qualification.
Have strong subject knowledge in Key Stage 2 Maths.
Be confident leading small intervention groups and supporting learning independently.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Be committed to making a real difference in children's progress and outcomes.
