Remote Telesales Executive
We’re looking for an experienced Telesales Executive
* Conducting outbound Business2Business sales calls – both cold and warm leads;
* Taking inbound phone leads;
* Account managing existing customers in order to maximise the value of each account;
* Providing consistently excellent customer-service;
* Making effective notes on the company’s CRM system;
* Being involved in a range of marketing campaigns from start to completion.
The Team & Environment: Even though the position is fully remote, the team overall is a small but highly motivated team. You will have a dedicated manager who will provide regular feedback.
The Hours: The hours are Full Time, Monday to Friday, regular business hours. No weekends or evenings.
The Package: Excellent starting package of basic salary plus strong bonus potential. There will also be a variety of one-off incentives, benefits and competitions.

* Background in telephone sales, either inbound or outbound,
* Experience working towards targets
* Excellent communicator with professional phone manner;
* Ability to persuade and influence others;
* Strong motivation and target focus;
* Good administrative and IT skills;
* Competitive Salary between £25k-£30k DOE
* OTE of £50,000
