We're looking for a proactive and organised Production Coordinator to manage and coordinate the sales orders through from receipt of order to installation/delivery.

Responsible for overseeing and streamlining the production process by managing schedules, coordinating resources, and ensuring efficient operations from start to finish
Summary
Production Coordinator
Key responsibilities include, tracking materials, managing inventory, communicating with stakeholders, and resolving operational issues to meet deadlines and quality standards. This role acts as a central link, ensuring smooth communication and workflow between production, planning, and supply chain departments.
Key Responsibilities
· Production Planning & Scheduling: Develop and manage production schedules, ensuring that resources like personnel, machinery, and materials are available to meet production targets.
· Inventory Management: Monitor and manage raw material and component inventory, placing orders to replenish stock and optimizing inventory levels.
· Logistics & Coordination: Support the production manager with scheduling and logistics, ensuring the timely delivery of products and components.
· Communication: Serve as a vital communication link between internal teams (planning, production) and external partners, such as suppliers and vendors.
· Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, such as component delays or operational conflicts, to maintain a smooth workflow.
· Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, reports, and other necessary documentation related to the production process.
· Compliance: Ensure that production processes adhere to quality standards, safety regulations, and other compliance requirements.
