The current opportunity is available for current Manchester Met students. To apply you must be based in the UK for the duration of the role. The Central Outreach team is seeking to recruit students to facilitate walking groups of college students during their visit around the Foundation Diploma in Art and Design studio spaces in Chatham Building and the workshop spaces in the Lowry Building. You will be expected to provide a positive and informative perspective on all aspects of studying here at Manchester Met and being a part of the Manchester Met University community.
Responsibilities
* Be familiar with the layout of the studio and workshop spaces and their usage.
* Answer questions about the university while walking the students around. Direct complex questions to Outreach and teaching staff.
* Take part in a short student Q&A.

Qualifications
* Enthusiastic, reliable and enjoy working as part of a team.
* Studying the Foundation Diploma in Art and Design or have studied Foundation Diploma in Art and Design.
* Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with staff and visitors.
* Ability to undertake any role with a positive and professional manner.
* Knowledge of the Chatham studio spaces and the Lowry workshop spaces.
