A leading law firm is seeking a Legal Secretary to join its Finance team in London. This is a permanent role offering a mix of office and remote work.
What you’ll do

* Provide high-level secretarial support to partners, counsel, and trainees.

* Manage complex diaries and inboxes for fee earners.

* Organise meetings, travel arrangements, and prepare itineraries.

* Draft emails and correspondence for approval.

* Process expenses and assist with billing tasks.
\t
* Update client contact details in CRM systems.

* Handle client enquiries and routine calls professionally.
\t
* Format and amend legal documents with precision.
What we’re looking for

* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or PA in a City law firm.
\t
* Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
\t
* Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
\t
* Confident communicator with strong attention to detail.
