Help shape brighter futures by improving attendance and engagement!
Looking for a proactive Attendance Officer to champion consistency, punctuality, and student wellbeing across the school. You’ll be the friendly face (and firm voice) helping students overcome barriers to learning.
What you’ll do:
Monitor, analyse, and report on attendance using Arbor
Work closely with students, families, and staff to boost attendance
Lead creative interventions with the AVP and Education Welfare Officer
Build positive relationships through home visits and support plans
Liaise with external agencies and the Local Authority when needed
What we’re looking for:
A detail-driven communicator with confidence, empathy, and a knack for building trust. Experience in education and knowledge of attendance legislation is ideal.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
