We are recruiting for the role of Administrator- Business Services in our team covering the Blackburn area.

Whilst this role is part of a team based from our office in Blackburn, your proximity to the office doesn't always have to be a critical consideration.

The advertised salary reflects our 2024/25 pay award. We are awaiting confirmation of our 2025/26 when salaries will be updated to reflect this.
Responsibilities
* monitoring case progression
* receiving referrals from the Court or Cafcass Intake Team
* create / update / close cases within our case management system
* sending letters and information packs to service users

Qualifications and Experience
* A relevant qualification in business administration (e.g. NVQ2), a willingness to work towards to a qualification and/or significant experience in a similar role
* Confident and capable of using MS Office applications to a basic / intermediate level
* Clear, confident communicator via email, phone and in person
* Someone who thrives working in a team
* Able to prioritise work in a fast-moving environment with strict deadlines
