Location: Crawley | Pay: £101 per day | Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:00pm | Term Time Only
Do you want to protect and inspire vulnerable young people while building a career in Youth Justice, Social Care or County Lines Prevention? I’m Farhad, and I’m personally recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant – Aspiring County Lines Prevention Officer in Crawley.
You’ll be working with primary-aged pupils (5–11) who need a mentor, role model, and trusted adult to guide them through challenging circumstances. Many of these young people face issues linked to:
1. County Lines exploitation
2. Gang involvement
3. Social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs such as ADHD, trauma, and anxiety
This role is your chance to make a real difference in their lives and start building a meaningful career.
What You’ll Do
4. Build trusting relationships and act as a positive role model
5. Support pupils in regulating emotions and making safe choices
6. Provide targeted support in small groups (4–12 pupils)
7. Play a key role in safeguarding children from criminal exploitation
No Experience Needed
If you have a background in care, youth work, or support roles, your skills are highly relevant. Full training will be provided.
(Driving or transport access is recommended due to school location.)
