As Senior Facilities Support Supervisor, you will play a central role in the smooth running of the Radcliffe Observatory Quarter's buildings, including the iconic Andrew Wiles Building. You will oversee day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring that our spaces are safe, well-presented, and ready to host world-class teaching, research, and events. You will support in leading a team of Facilities Assistants and Contractors, coordinating rotas, supervising work, and ensuring high standards of customer service for staff, students, and visitors. From supporting major events and conferences to managing maintenance tasks and building checks, you will be a trusted point of contact who keeps the site running seamlessly. This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, leading people, and working within a dynamic operational environment where no two days are the same.

* Experience supervising staff and coordinating operational tasks.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Practical/DIY skills and confidence supporting basic building maintenance.
* Good IT skills and the ability to follow procedures accurately.
* A proactive, reliable and problem‑solving approach with excellent attention to detail.
