VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Sales Negotiator for a leading property company based in Glengormley. This is a permanent, full-time position, Monday-Friday, with flexibility available where required. Salary: Competitive salary + excellent benefits package Key Responsibilities Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, agents, and key stakeholders Conduct market research and property analysis to support valuations and sales strategy Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, finance providers, and other parties to ensure smooth progression of transactions Negotiate offers and support sales progression activities Monitor and track property transactions through the legal process Maintain accurate records and update internal systems Support the wider property portfolio where required The Ideal Candidate Previous experience within property sales, estate agency, sales negotiation, or a similar customer-facing role Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent organisational and time management ability Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional and commercially minded approach Skills: Estate Property Sales Negotiator Estate Agent Sales Lettings Prroperty Sales Benefits: Additional Benefits
