Temporary Customer Service & Admin Support
Location: Enfield
Hours: 25 hours per week (across 3 days)
Pay Rate: £13.54 per hour
Start Date: ASAP - until Christmas
DBS Required
Are you passionate about making a difference in the community? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-respected charity based in Enfield, seeking a dedicated Customer Service & Admin Support professional to join their team on a temporary basis.
About the Role:
You will play a vital part in supporting vulnerable adults by handling inbound and outbound calls, booking repair appointments, and completing associated administrative tasks. This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause while using your excellent communication and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Liaising with vulnerable service users over the phone with empathy and professionalism
2. Booking and coordinating repair appointments
3. Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
4. General administrative support to the wider team
Requirements:
5. A valid DBS certificate
6. Strong communication and customer service skills
7. Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
8. Comfortable commuting to Enfield
9. Commitment to the full duration of the assignment (until Christmas)
