Job Description:
The Partnership of Care is an established Care Provider in South Wales delivering high-quality specialist care and support in Domiciliary, Residential, Supported Living, and Daytime Opportunity Service settings. The company partners with Mysa Care, which provides Residential and Nursing Care and Support in two regions.
The role is based at the Registered Office with some home working.
Main Duties of the Quality Support Administrator:
* Provide administrative support to the Quality Assurance Manager, including reports and log updates.
* Assist operational colleagues with reports and information for their responsibilities and decision-making.
* Deliver induction sessions to new starters, informing them about The Partnership of Care, its functions, and values.
* Train new colleagues on digital platforms such as e-learning, electronic care records, auditing, and Emar.
* Check in with new starters and sign off at the end of their probation.
* Support new starters with SCW enrolment and application processes.
* Organize weekly meetings to work through SCW workbooks.
* Liaise with QCF providers to enroll staff in qualifications.
