About the Role: • Supporting students across a range of subjects and year groups – from classroom assistance to small group interventions. • Helping to maintain a positive, focused learning environment, both inside and outside of lessons. • Collaborating closely with teaching staff and the SEN department to ensure all students receive the support they need. • Providing general classroom support, preparing learning materials, and encouraging student engagement.
