Your Role Will Include:
* Planning and delivering engaging, play-based lessons in line with the EYFS Framework
* Supporting each child's personal, social, emotional, and academic development
* Observing, assessing, and tracking progress to inform next steps in learning
* Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive classroom environment
* Working closely with parents and carers to build strong home-school relationships

✅ You Will Need:
* QTS or EYTS, with experience teaching in an Early Years setting
* A caring, patient and nurturing approach
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework and early childhood development
* A creative mindset and love for outdoor, sensory and child-led learning
* A proactive and reflective teaching style
