Salary:
* Unqualified: Up to £32,375.89 (including sleep-in shifts)
* Qualified: Up to £33,640.53 (including sleep-in shifts)

Now, we’re looking for passionate Residential Childcare Workers to join our dedicated team in our residential homes!
Your Role
As a Residential Childcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in the lives of young people facing challenges. Your flexibility, resilience, and organizational skills will be key as you provide high-quality childcare, helping them achieve their best possible outcomes.
This permanent position offers fantastic career prospects and a comprehensive training program within our growing company. You’ll work an average of 38 hours per week, following a 2 days on, 4 days off shift pattern, which includes 2 sleep-ins. Plus, enjoy generous allowances for bank holidays, overtime, and a performance-related bonus scheme!
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills:
* Full manual driving licence
* Ability to work independently with high accuracy and maintain clear records
* Strong interpersonal skills and a positive team player attitude
* Capability to complete daily records in line with statutory and policy requirements
* Empathetic nature
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to engage, motivate, and encourage young people
Desirable Skills:
* Previous experience working with young people
* Willingness to pursue a fully funded qualification in Level 3 Children and Young People (or already qualified)
