People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our well-established client based in Tamworth on a full-time basis.
This is a great opportunity offering ongoing training and a modern working environment.
This role will suit applicants who have worked as a Production Operative, General Operative or Warehouse Assistant.
Shifts:
* Monday to Friday
* 08:30 – 17:00

Day-to-Day Duties:
As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Working within the outbound section
* Completing scanning and stock control tasks
* Conducting quality checks to maintain high standards
* Meeting customer order requirements accurately and on time
* Performing general packing duties
* Performing general picking duties
* Heavy lifting involved (occasionally up to 30kg)
* Using a pump truck where required
Essential Skills:
To be successful as a Warehouse Operative, you will need:
* Experience using a pump truck
* Previous experience within a warehouse environment
* Confidence using hand tools and related equipment
* A reliable, hardworking attitude and ability to work as part of a team
* Ability to follow instructions xsngvjr and work safely
Training:
* Full training provided
* Ongoing development support
Please note: a paid induction will take place the day before starting and will last approximately four hours
