 
        
        This role is responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing communications programmes to all end user and OEM customers. The role requires strong leadership and management of a team of Marketing Communications Specialists to deliver timely, relevant, and results-driven marketing communications activities that align with business objectives and drive growth.
Key Activities
 * Develop and manage an integrated marketing plan to support business growth across all verticals
 * Oversee the creation and execution of all marketing campaigns, ensuring all activities are effectively implemented.
 * Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing programs and ensure they are measured and reported accurately.
 * Take responsibility for marketing to specific verticals, when required
 * Lead the development of an account-based marketing (ABM) program.
 * Collaborate closely with the Digital Manager to ensure best practices are followed across all marketing initiatives.
 * Work in partnership with the Regional Marketing Manager to maintain global and reginal alignment
 * Coordinate with the PR and Internal Communications Manager to support all marketing efforts.
 * Manage relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Individual Accountabilities
 * Collaborates with the Marketing Strategy Lead to ensure that the integrated marketing plan aligns with business objectives
 * Develops an integrated marketing plan that drives all stages of the marketing funnel across all verticals
 * Manages a team of Marcomms Specialists to ensure best practice planning and execution of all programme activity
 * Ensures that stakeholder groups are established for all verticals and are aligned with the integrated marketing plan.
 * Responsible for maintaining the brand of all external marketing materials.
 * Develops the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) program.
 * Leads one vertical, as required
 * Accountable for the timely execution of new product launches across the marketing team, including training, enablement, and digital initiatives.
 * Manages relationships with agencies
