* Provide leadership and clinical governance of the county-wide Family Therapy Clinics, Systemic Consultations and NVR (Non-Violent Resistance) Groups and any future Systemic Interventions you develop with us.
* Deliver specialist systemic assessments and interventions for complex cases 1:1 and as part of the family therapy team including holding a care coordination role when appropriate.
* Offer supervision, consultation, and reflective practice to multidisciplinary colleagues.
* Lead service development and quality improvement initiatives in systemic practice.
* Contribute to workforce planning and pathway performance monitoring.
* Promote systemic thinking across the wider CAMHS service.
* Ensure safe, effective, and outcome-focused care delivery.
* Demonstrate clinical leadership and a commitment to ensuring the "voice" of the child is central to developing personalised care planning for all children and young people. you will work closely with senior leadership, operational managers, and clinical leads to ensure the pathway is responsive, accessible, and aligned with local and national priorities.
