Overview
Eden Tyres & Servicing is recruiting anAssistant Manager to join ourHinckley garage. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the Branch Manager in running a well-established, busy branch, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth workshop operations, and achievement of business targets. You’ll play a key role in motivating and managing the team while acting as deputy in the Branch Manager’s absence.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Branch Manager with daily garage operations
* Assist in managing workshop schedules for maximum efficiency
* Oversee stock control, parts ordering, and supplier relationships
* Ensure health & safety and compliance requirements are met
* Monitor quality of work to maintain high service standards
* Motivate and support the workshop team
Requirements
* Proven experience in an automotive or fast-fit environment
* Strong understanding of garage operations and processes
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
* Confident and courteous communication skills
* Genuine passion for customer service
* Full UK Driving Licence

Working Hours
* Saturday: 8:30 am – 1:00 pm (1 Saturday off per month)
