Job Opportunity
What will you be doing?
As a Sales Manager reporting to the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for managing and motivating the Parts Sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets while fostering strong relationships with customers.
* Lead, manage, and motivate the Parts Sales Executive Team to meet and exceed sales goals.
* Monitor sales performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.
* Coordinate with the Centre Manager to plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns.
* Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and awareness of competitors.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide support for development or improvement.
* Implement motivational incentive schemes and rewards in collaboration with the Centre Manager.
* Deliver excellent customer service through the team.
* Work with the management team to monitor and improve delivery schedules and service levels.
* Operate with integrity and professionalism in all business dealings.
* Ensure proper use of business systems and compliance with standards and guidelines.
Essential Skills

* High IT literacy, proficient in MS Office.
