Peaple Talent have exclusively partnered with a market leading manufacturing organisation who are recruiting for a Business Analyst to be involved in major transformation of digital platforms.
The Role:
* Turn operational requirements into clear technical briefs for the development team.
* Partner with internal IT and external software suppliers to enhance and connect key systems
* Create and document user stories, process maps, and use cases.
* Act as the link between business teams and technical developers or vendors.
* Support digital and automation projects that follow lean manufacturing principles.
The Candidate:
* Strong technical skills with experience in software development, databases, APIs, and system integrations.
* Good understanding of process modelling and improvement methods
* Confident using documentation tools like Confluence, Jira, Visio, or Lucidchart.
* Knowledge of ERP/MIS systems, especially in manufacturing
The Package:
Base salary: up to £60,000
