About the Role:
You'll support the sales team by keeping all deal information accurate, ensuring next steps are completed, and aligning with marketing on follow-up actions.
This is a critical operations role designed for someone who loves structure and keeping commercial teams moving smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Enter and maintain all deal information within the CRM.
* Track sales pursuits and ensure next actions are completed.
* Follow up with colleagues to maintain momentum in the pipeline.
* Coordinate with the Marketing Manager and the marketing team on required tasks.
* Support reporting accuracy and pipeline cleanliness.
* Improve sales operations processes as the startup scales.
