Our client are specialists In their market sector they are now looking to recruit a Logistics Coordinator on a permanent basis
The job you’ll do
* Logistics Coordinator will support day-to-day business operations across customer service, logistics and operations.
* This individual plays a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
* Ideal candidates are highly organized, responsive, and proactive in problem-solving.
* Assist in planning and booking domestic and international shipments.
* Coordinate with freight forwarders, warehouses, and carriers.
* Track deliveries and maintain accurate records of shipping documents.
* General Operations Support.
* Maintain accurate inventory or order management records.
* Assist with data entry, invoicing, and reporting.
* Help implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
* Support Members of the wider operations team with day-to-day activities.
About You
* 3-5 years experience in operations, logistics, customer service, or supply chain.
* Strong communication and follow-up skills (written and verbal).
* Experience working with vendors, 3PLs, or internal fulfilment teams.
* Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP, shipping, or order management tools (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, Shopify, etc.)
* Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure.
* Positive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
* Desirable but not essential:-
* Bachelor’s or University Degree.
* Experience in B2B operations or e-commerce fulfilment.
* Knowledge of customs documentation or international shipping processes.
