My exclusive client based in Rochester is looking to recruit an additional Scheduling Administrator to their talented team! This client is looking for a bubbly and outgoing personality and a vibrant work ethic. You could be looking for your first administrator role/ someone experienced scheduling engineers for works/ administrator in the FM industry. You will be joining a company who reward their team with a laid back feel with being at the heart of their engineers.
Day to day of the Scheduling Administrator:
Manage the shared inbox with the team and the client portals.
Submitting supplier invoices to client's accounts to ensure they are added onto the total invoice to clients.
Providing excellent customer service to clients and engineers ensuring all parties involved are happy.
Tracking the engineers understand who is where and where to delegate new jobs to.
Building strong relationships with engineers to ensure the meet business expectations.
Overtime you will be building quotes for clients and following these up.
Prioritising set clients over reactive jobs that come in.
Raising and closing down job tickets onto the portals and internal system.
Gaining job reports from engineers and following up for additional information when required.Requirements of the Scheduling Administrator:
