* Hours of 08:30 - 15:30 each day
* Parking available on site or easy access via public transport
Are you considering a future in educational psychology, mental health, or teaching?
A supportive and well-resourced primary school in Surbiton is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to work in Key Stage 1, supporting pupils with additional emotional and learning needs.
This role allows you to apply psychology theory in a real classroom setting.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting children with emotional regulation and behaviour
* Working closely with pupils who need additional encouragement
* Assisting teachers with differentiated learning activities
* Supporting pupils both academically and socially
Perfect for educators who are:
* Psychology or Criminology graduates
* Experienced SEN or behaviour support staff
* Patient, reflective, and emotionally intelligent
* Looking for meaningful, hands-on experience
