The Role
We’re recruiting a Temporary Maintenance Operative - 30 hours a week, to support a busy accommodation site in Edinburgh You’ll be the go-to person for general maintenance tasks, helping to keep the property safe, tidy and fully operational.
Key Duties
* Carrying out day-to-day repairs and minor maintenance tasks
* Responding to maintenance tasks promptly and effectively
* Basic plumbing, electrical and joinery work (as appropriate to skillset)
* Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times
* Supporting site staff with setup or emergency works when needed
About You
* Previous maintenance or handyman experience is essential
* Confident using basic tools and equipment
* Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
* Health & safety aware and customer focused
* Available for immediate start and happy to work full-time

* Location: Edinburgh
* Pay: up to £12.50 per hour (weekly pay)
* Start: ASAP
* Duration: Temporary 2-3 weeks 30 hours a week
