Job Description
As the firm continues to grow, they are looking for an ambitious and proactive Audit Manager to join the team and help develop our audit services. You'll play a central role in managing and expanding the audit offering, supporting clients, and helping build a strong audit team.

Description
* Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion
* Develop audit strategies, time frames, and ensure deadlines are met
* Build relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities
* Contribute to the growth of the audit client base
* Supervise, support, and mentor junior team members
* Stay current with UK GAAP, auditing standards, and key tax implications (PAYE, Corporation Tax, VAT)
Profile
* ACA/ACCA qualified, with at least 3-5 years post-qualification audit experience in a UK firm!
* Commercially aware with strong problem-solving skills
* Experienced in managing audits and leading teams
* Confident with PCAS Audit Programmes (ideal, but not essential)
* Professional, personable, and a natural relationship builder
* Driven with a positive, "can-do" attitude
* Eager to grow professionally in a supportive and dynamic environment
