Are you a Production Manager who wants to make a real impact on cultural change and continuous improvement in a successful, growing business? This truly is a rare and exciting opportunity for you to create something special in a best-in-class, newly built factory that will see the business double in turnover in the next 2 years.
As a Production Manager, reporting to the Production Director, you will have the opportunity to provide vision, coach, mentor, and develop your team in world-class manufacturing techniques and performance management. * Experience within fast-moving, high-volume processing manufacturing environments such as FMCG, plastics/foams, metal processing, paper, packaging, or print.
* Experienced in driving measurable and sustainable performance improvements through lean manufacturing techniques, including TPM and 5S.
* Strong coaching and development skills.
What They Offer
* The company will support and mentor you in your career progression and expects you to help develop a first-class production team. They value continuous improvement, teamwork, and collaboration as fundamental ways of working.
