About the Role We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Subscription Coordinator to join our growing Managed Services & Subscriptions Operations (MSSO) team. This is a critical support role responsible for the day-to-day administration of software licensing, subscriptions, and cloud contracts. You’ll work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless provisioning, billing accuracy, and contract management. Key Responsibilities Process new customer orders, amendments, and renewals Support the onboarding and administration of subscription contracts Reconcile supplier invoices and customer usage to ensure billing accuracy Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies Liaise with internal departments (Sales, Product, Contracts, Consultants) to confirm and validate contract details Use internal systems (e.g. Subscription Hub, Navision, Great Plains) for account and order management Navigate vendor portals to provision services or access usage data Monitor and manage shared mailboxes, responding to queries in a timely manner Provide ad-hoc reporting and tracking as needed Support new vendor/service onboarding as aligned to existing activity What You’ll Bring Prior experience in an administrative or commercial support role, ideally in a tech or subscription-based business Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting Good working knowledge of systems such as Microsoft Office, Navision, or Great Plains A methodical, organised, and customer-focused approach Strong verbal and written communication skills — confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels Comfortable working under pressure and managing workload against tight deadlines Self-motivated, proactive, and able to escalate and prioritise tasks effectively Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems quickly We make technology work so people can do great things.
