Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated carer to provide high-quality support and assistance to 39 residents. As a carer, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for people living with Dementia.
Duties
* Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
* (Senior staff) Administer medication as prescribed and monitor.
* Support residents with meals, fluids and snacks.
* Assist with mobility and transfers.
* Engage residents in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
* Maintain accurate records of patient care activities and observations.
* Support individuals with Alzheimer's or dementia through behaviour management techniques.
We are looking for care assistants to support people living with a dementia to assist them with all aspects of daily life. To provide assistance with personal care, mobility, toileting, and support with fluid and nutrition. As a care assistant you play a huge part in ensuring a happy and pleasant place for our residents to live, as a carer the role can be very challenging but very rewarding. Our aim is to provide people with a dementia to be supported and treated with dignity and respect at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £13.30-£14.10 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 36 per week
