Join us as Head of Net Revenue Management and take ownership of pricing, promotions, trade investment and mix optimisation, enabling sustainable value creation and margin delivery across our commercial teams.
What you'll be responsible for:
In this role, you’ll lead the end‑to‑end NRM strategy, developing the tools, processes and capability that underpin profitable growth. This position will be based from our Leeds office circa 2-3 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely when required.
What experience you'll need to have:
- Extensive background in commercially focused sales roles within FMCG/food manufacturers, whilst blending breadth across areas such as commercial finance, revenue growth management or net revenue management
- Expertise in pricing, promotions, trade and customer investment analytics
- Demonstrable ability to analyse large and complex dataset and translate them into clear, compelling and actionable recommendations
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with an ability to engage and influence up to Executive level
- Proven background of leading the design, implementation and adoption of NRM process enhancements and techniques, supported by effective training and change management
- A passion for healthy, sustainable products which are better for our consumers and the planet – you don’t have to be a vegetarian to work for Quorn!
