Responsibilities
* Organise and oversee the smooth running of shifts.
* Supervise and support care staff.
* Ensure the physical and emotional well‑being of service users.
* Respond to challenges with professionalism and empathy.
* Engage in community activities alongside service users.
Qualifications (Essential)
* NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
* Proven experience in mental health and complex needs care.
* Leadership skills and a proactive approach.
* A caring nature and willingness to support with personal hygiene.
* Strong communication skills and a good sense of humour.
* The ability to manage challenging behaviours with resilience and positivity.
* Ability to embody Elysium’s values of Kindness, Integrity, Teamwork, and Excellence.
