LTE Group has an exciting opportunity to join our Group Operations team as a Learning and Development Partner on a permanent, full-time (37 hours per week) basis.
Based out of our Openshaw campus in Manchester, this role is hybrid working up to two days per week in the office.

Learning and Development Partner overview.
Provide L&D services and initiatives to the business. The role will involve the design and implementation of learning strategies, managing training programs, developing core skills and knowledge and supporting the business in creating a positive culture and environment in which our colleagues can thrive.
Role Responsibilities
This role will support our Group Professional Services who are based are based at our Manchester campuses and Novus colleagues who are primarily based within in a secure environment. Learning and Development initiatives will therefore need to be adapted to take into account the practical differences in these working environments. Some travel to our Manchester and Novus sites will be required in order to support colleagues affectively.
In addition to this, you will work alongside other L&D team members to develop and deliver Group wide projects, manage our mandatory training e-learning platform and develop a consistent approach to learning across the LTE Group.
Reporting into the Head of HR for Novus and Group, you will also be part of a dedicated team to support which will include HR Business Partners, HR Advisors and Talent Acquisition partners therefore you will work closely with colleagues to identify key development requirements and potential solutions.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for a confident, motivated, enthusiastic individual who can engage colleagues in learning and development and promote its benefits. CIPD qualified (or equivalent qualifications) and educated to degree level (or have equivalent through experience).
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
Experience of Manging and delivering the full L&D lifecycle from needs analysis through to evaluation of strategic and tactical learning and development services.
Managing Learning projects from inception to completion, deliver to project plans and achieve desired outcomes.
Proficient organisation, task management and time management skills, flexibility and tenacity in dealing with multiple initiatives and with a wide range of stakeholders, able to manage conflicting priorities.
Management and utilisation of online learning platforms, and the design and implementation of online solutions.
Experience of using a range of communications methods to present L&D solutions that will have the best ROI, particularly with senior management.Benefits
