About the Role
Join our vibrant team as a Lifeguard at Splash Waterworld, where your primary mission is to ensure our guests have a fantastic and safe experience! Your keen attention to detail will be essential as you monitor the pool and flumes, while your friendly demeanor will help create memorable moments for everyone.
In this role, you will:
* Ensure guest safety while they enjoy our water attractions.
* Engage with guests and provide exceptional customer service.
* Promote and run exciting poolside activities.
If you already hold a lifeguard qualification, that’s fantastic! If not, don’t worry—we’ll support you through your NPLQ course, equipping you with all the training you need to kickstart your lifeguarding career.
This permanent position offers a variety of shifts between 8:30 AM and 9 PM, with essential availability on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. More hours are available during school holidays. As we operate seven days a week, flexibility, reliability, and punctuality are key to being a valued team member.
About You
We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who naturally connect with a diverse range of people. You should be:
* A strong swimmer with excellent attention to detail, capable of monitoring the pool during busy times.
* Open to gaining your NPLQ qualification, fully funded by us, if you don’t already have one.
You’ll be part of a fantastic team, but there will also be times when you’ll supervise areas independently. Your ability to engage and relate to guests will make a significant impact on their experience!
