Success Recruit are currently working with a growing heating supplier in Essex who are looking to recruit a highly motivated & results driven Business Development Specialist to support with growth and long term development of the business.
The desired BDM will thrive building and maintaining relationships, as well as demonstrating strong negotiation skills in relation to attracting new business. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth & generating new sales opportunities through telemarketing, face-to-face meetings, and meaningful interactions via social channels and marketing.
The successful Business Development Specialist will be expected to:
* Have previous experience in a Business Development and sales environment
* Demonstrate excellent communication, rapport skills, and a can-do attitude
* Exhibit a clear understanding of processes / supply chain within sales
* Ideally have experience in the electrical industry or have a willingness to learn the industry
