Product Developer & Garment Technologist – Activewear Brand
We’re partnering with a fast‑growing activewear brand to hire a Product Developer & Garment Technologist. This is a hands‑on role with ownership across development, fit, and production in a high‑growth environment.
Responsibilities
* Develop on‑brand, performance‑led activewear from concept to production
* Create detailed tech packs and technical sketches in Adobe Illustrator
* Lead fit sessions (digital & physical) and manage all fit/tech approvals
* Work closely with suppliers to manage development, sampling, and timelines
* Oversee critical path to ensure on‑time product launches
* Partner with buying and logistics to support production and delivery
Qualifications
We are looking to connect with candidates who have experience in product development and garment technology (activewear/sportswear preferred) with a strong understanding of fit, construction, and fabric performance.
