We’re on the lookout for an inspiring Lecturer in Inclusive Learning to join our forward-thinking team. This is your chance to shape the future of education for learners with SEND and barriers to learning—through creativity, compassion, and a commitment to excellence.
You will:
1. Deliver engaging, personalised lessons at Level 2 on the employability programme
2. Design inclusive schemes of work and lesson plans that spark curiosity and build confidence.
3. Support learners every step of the way—through thoughtful assessment, constructive feedback, and a genuine belief in their potential.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve teaching quality and learner outcomes.
5. Champion real-world learning by connecting students with local and national employers.
You will need:
6. A teaching qualification at Level 5 (or a willingness to gain one).
7. Experience working with learners with SEND.
8. A flair for communication, a knack for motivation, and a heart for inclusive education.
9. A curious mind—always learning, always improving.
10. A readiness to roll up your sleeves and get involved in everything from lesson planning to college events.
