They are currently seeking experienced Extrusion Operators to join their production team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a well-established business. Key Responsibilities: Operate blown film extrusion lines safely and efficiently Monitor machine performance, making adjustments to maintain product quality and minimise waste Conduct quality checks and complete production records accurately Perform start-ups, shut-downs, and product changeovers as required Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical or processing issues Work as part of a team to meet production targets and ensure a clean, safe working area Proven experience working in an extrusion or similar plastic manufacturing environment Strong understanding of production processes and machine operations Quality-focused with attention to detail
