Grounds Maintenance Contract Supervisor Derby
Full Time Annualised Hours £30,000 to £35,000 Per Annum

Who are you?
* Demonstrable experience leading staff and field teams.
* Strong time management skills and the ability to work in demanding environments.
* Enthusiasm, leadership qualities, and excellent communication skills.
* Flexible, open-minded, and friendly personality.
* Team-oriented mindset.
* Good IT skills and a valid driving license.
* Experience in estimating work and delivering innovative customer solutions is an advantage.
A Glimpse into the Role
* Assist the Contract Manager in managing programmed maintenance effectively.
* Oversee work programs and delivery via the Glendale Live field management system.
* Motivate and support delivery teams across various locations.
* Monitor staff attendance, holidays, and sickness.
* Lead by example, especially regarding QHSE standards.
* Ensure security of vehicles, equipment, and plant.
* Maintain quality and customer care standards, enforce workforce discipline.
* Complete daily checks and system updates for smooth operations.
* You will be provided with a company vehicle for site visits across the region.
