Senior Level School Administrator (SIMS/ARBOR/BROMCOM ESSENTIAL) - Mil
Interaction Education are really pleased to currently be supporting one of our partner schools in Milton Keynes in their search for a senior level school administrator, with SIMS/Arbor/Bromcom experience.
This role is only suitable for someone with previous school based experience who has used one of the above systems. Applicants without this experience listed on their CV will sadly not be eligible for submission.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day administration of the school office and support staff
* Manage and maintain accurate pupil records using SIMS, Bromcom, or Arbor
* Lead on school census submissions, data reporting, and statutory returns
* Support SLT with operational planning, compliance, and communication
* Ensure efficient administration of admissions, attendance, safeguarding records, and assessment data
* Liaise with external agencies and stakeholders as required
Requirements
* Proven experience in a senior school administration role
* Proficiency in using at least one of the following MIS platforms: SIMS, Bromcom, or Arbor
* Strong organisational, interpersonal, and IT skills
* Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively across departments
* Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
* Knowledge of GDPR and school safeguarding processes is desirable
