The Role
As Business Development Lead, you will take ownership of growing our existing client base, identifying new opportunities within current accounts, and strengthening senior stakeholder relationships. This is a hands-on, revenue-driving role suited to someone who understands contract recruitment inside out and thrives in a consultative sales environment. You will work closely with delivery and leadership to ensure clients receive exceptional service while scaling account value.
