The role
To manage a major key account for the business, including:
* Supporting the sales team at the account.
* Managing the Project Manager for the account, focusing on administration, data insights, and CRM reporting.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to manage Uniphar-related activities.
* Working with internal teams on customer engagement, digital strategy, data insights, and CRM management.
Additionally, the Head of Customer Engagement will:
* Create systems and processes to support client’s digital transformation.
* Develop and nurture engagement solutions to deepen client relationships.
* Implement technologies that drive customer engagement transformation.
* Translate client business objectives into effective programs leveraging in-person and digital channels.

The role will:
* Translate client objectives into effective engagement programs.
* Support development of systems and processes to deliver customer engagement solutions.
Responsibilities:

* Establish engagement rules and manage SLAs.
* Lead data insights, dashboard testing, and compliance.
* Lead third-party project teams and engagement specialists.
Experience Level:
* Establish SOPs, KPIs, and data sharing practices.
* Orchestrate customer experience and produce insights reports.
