As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to deliver engaging and supportive learning experiences that help children reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide classroom support in collaboration with the class teacher
* Deliver 1:1 and group-based support for pupils across various ability levels
* Support learning activities and contribute to assessment and pupil progress
* Accompany students on educational trips and outdoor learning sessions
* Assist in the creation of stimulating learning environments and resources
* Help maintain a safe, inclusive and positive atmosphere for all pupils
* Encourage pupil engagement, confidence and independence in their learning
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* A Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent)
* Prior experience working with children in a school or childcare setting
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
* A proactive and adaptable approach to classroom support
* A genuine passion for child development and inclusive education
* Basic understanding of safeguarding and the importance of pupil well-being
