We are looking for a dedicated Skilled Operative to join our team, delivering essential highway lighting maintenance across the Cheshire East Highways network. This role involves working on both existing highway electrical equipment and new installations, helping to keep our roads safe, well-lit, and fully operational.

The Role
* Carry out a variety of skilled tasks including the installation and repair of Street Lights, Illuminated Traffic Bollards and Illuminated Signs.
* Traffic Management Operations
* Providing instruction and mentor apprentices and trainees
* To assist with audits to ensure safety, quality and environmental standards are met.
* Driving/operating vehicles/plant requiring both general and specialist skills
Job Description
About You
* NVQ Level 2 or NVQ Level 3 in Highway Electrical Work Public Lighting (Desirable)
* Full UK Driving Licence with HGV
* Previous Street Lighting Experience
* Highway Electrical Registration Scheme Qualifications:
* Ability to follow instructions and deliver the desired outcome safely and to the correct standards
