We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to help manage and improve our facilities systems. This role involves working with our digital tools to support the day-to-day running of our buildings and services. You don't need to be a tech expert—just comfortable using computers and keen to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Help maintain and update our facilities management system (used to track maintenance, space usage, and equipment).
2. Collaborate with operations teams to identify workflows and processes that can be enhanced through the system
3. Be the go-to person for system-related questions and basic troubleshooting.
4. Work with IT and software providers to fix issues or make improvements.
5. Keep records accurate and up to date, including assets, maintenance schedules, and room usage.
6. Support teams by providing reports and insights from the system.
7. Train and support staff and contractors on how to use the system effectively.
8. Check that processes are being followed and data is correct.
9. Look for ways to improve how we use the system to make work easier and more efficient.

What We're Looking For:

10. Basic computer skills (e.g., using Excel, Outlook, and web-based systems, MS Office ).
11. Good attention to detail and a methodical approach.
12. Some experience in a supervisory or team leader role will be required.
13. some knowledge of facilities management environments is required
14. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
15. Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
16. Experience in facilities, administration, or customer service is helpful.
