Assistant Site Manager – Residential Development
We’re recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join the Construction team of a leading UK housebuilder for a site in the Milton Keynes area.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality residential developments, supporting the Site Manager in the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of projects.
The Role
Reporting to the Construction Director, you’ll assist in managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring:
Strong health & safety standards are implemented and maintained
Site teams are motivated, supported, and working to clear targets
Build programmes are delivered in line with technical and planning requirements
Quality standards meet building regulations and warranty provider expectations (NHBC/LABC)
Accurate site records and progress reports are maintained
Site presentation remains to a high standard at all times
About You
Experience as an Assistant Site Manager with a high-volume housebuilder
Up-to-date knowledge of health & safety and building legislation
Valid CSCS, SSSTS and First Aid certificates
Strong organisational and communication skills
IT proficient (Word, Excel, Outlook)
